Job Description:

Seeking an experienced nurse for a 13-week contract in the Medical Care Unit of our healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical diagnoses—ranging from geriatric to psychiatric issues—in a setting that accommodates both less acute cases and intense rehab services. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts, offering a balanced work rhythm with an opportunity to float between the Medical Care and Inpatient Rehab units, depending on staffing needs. Previous experience with EPIC EMR within a similar unit within the last 12 months is required. Occasionally, there may be on-call responsibilities during periods of low census, with on-site responses expected within one hour.
