Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in the cardiac telemetry unit of a busy Wisconsin hospital, working 12-hour night shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you'll manage post-procedural cath lab patients, including those recovering from stent placements, pacemakers, ICDs, and other cardiac interventions. Your responsibilities include titrating medications such as nitroglycerin, heparin, and amiodarone, interpreting telemetry strips from the central monitoring system, and providing skilled care for postoperative cardiac surgical patients. This role offers a robust experience in advanced cardiac care, with tools and support like RT assistance for respiratory therapies, while maintaining a steady pace suited for experienced RNs comfortable with managing complex cardiac cases in a high-volume environment.
