What does it mean to "Live the Atlas Life"?

In the weeks building up to Nurses Week 2018, we'll explore what we believe it means. Over the past six years, we've been amazingly blessed to meet nurses from all walks of life and from all parts of the country. What we found is that every one of you has a unique story to tell. How you got here, why you travel, who you travel with. What we found is that time after time, there were common threads that tied virtually every story to the next.

Belonging. Respect. Adventure.

Every nurse travels for a different reason. It became clear that to be successful, we needed to foster a community where everyone belongs, built on trust and bound by mutual respect. Then along the way, we'll make sure to have a lot of fun! All of that is what Living the Atlas Life means. It means opening our homes to traveling nurses when they pass through Omaha. It means doing what other companies won't do because the end result isn't profit. It means living life to the fullest. It means celebrating success together, or being there when things don't go according to plan.

The world is a whole lot smaller than it was 10 years ago. We are all interconnected through the internet, and I believe that's a very good thing. Let's not just live in the industry we share, let's make it the very best it can be! We are going to have a whole lot of fun celebrating Nurses Week with all of you this year!
