Join our team as a Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse in the beautiful city of Carlsbad, New Mexico! You will take on the critical role of providing exceptional care in a Level 3 Trauma Emergency Department, where your expertise will truly shine. Your usual shift will run from 6:30 AM to 6 PM, bringing structured yet exciting days at work. With a patient ratio of 4:1 and the support of a vibrant healthcare team, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative atmosphere that values continuity of care and safety. Your clinical skills will be front and center as you assess, administer medications, and monitor patients with precision and confidence.
