In this role, you will be working in a 17-bed medical-surgical unit within a critical access hospital known for its community focus and teamwork. As a dedicated RN specializing in progressive care, your day-to-day will involve managing patients aged 18 and over—many of whom are 65 and up. Your experience with PICC/CVC management and wound care will be put to good use as you provide exceptional support to patients in both inpatient and observation settings. You’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, aiding in quick assessments and effective treatment plans while enjoying the beautiful backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Expect to work 12-hour night shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Your dedication will not go unnoticed, as you contribute to a facility that prides itself on quality care and compassion.
