Job Description:

Join us for an exciting contract opportunity as an Operating Room Nurse in the vibrant city of Des Moines, Iowa! This role invites you to leverage your 2 years of current operating room experience, particularly with cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures, while navigating the fast-paced and rewarding environment of our Level I Trauma Center. As a vital member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for scrubbing in on various cases including general, da Vinci robotics, pediatrics, trauma, neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and transplant surgeries. Your expertise in operating room protocol will ensure patient safety and surgical success.

Expect a fulfilling experience with a comprehensive orientation to get you up to speed. You'll benefit from working nights on a 10-hour shift structure, allowing your days to be free for exploring the great cultural and recreational offerings of the area.
