Job Description:

Step into a pivotal role as a Step Down Registered Nurse where your expertise will shine in a critical access facility setting. You will be responsible for overseeing patient care as a Charge RN during the night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your nursing skill set by managing a small team and providing mentorship in a supportive environment. You'll be working with advanced equipment, including NICOM, Nihon Kohden, and BIPAP systems, all while maintaining a focus on vital procedures such as central line insertions and chest tube insertions. Your journey will not only be about nursing but also about engaging in the camaraderie of a close-knit team.

Shift: 12 hour nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
