In this role, you will be an integral part of the Float Pool at Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital, working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will engage in a variety of dynamic duties across Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, and Step-Down ICU units, making each day unique. Your extensive cardiac experience will be essential as you collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to administer medications, develop patient care plans, and document care according to established standards. You'll experience a stimulating environment where critical thinking is paramount, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction are at the forefront of your responsibilities.
