Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Observation Unit at a renowned Level I Trauma Center in Charleston, South Carolina. This unique role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical short-stay environment where you will be responsible for monitoring patients before and after procedures. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys being part of a supportive healthcare team.

In this 12-hour night shift position, you will work three nights a week, from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, with a rotation that includes weekends. You will engage with a manageable patient ratio of 1:4, allowing for meaningful interactions and focused care. Flexibility is essential as you may need to float to like units based on the facility’s needs, ensuring that you're always ready for new challenges!
