Job Description:

Join a vibrant team in the Emergency Room of a Level II Trauma Center, where you’ll experience the fast-paced world of an engaging healthcare environment. We are looking for a skilled RN with at least 2 years of experience in an ER setting to take on a contract role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a dedicated team to manage a variety of cases, from everyday emergencies to complex scenarios, although you will not be assigned trauma patients directly. Enjoy a well-supported atmosphere with Charge RNs available, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population, which includes both young and more vulnerable individuals.

Your shifts will be 12 hours of engaging work, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. You’ll be using innovative tools like Meditech for charting, and you'll have the support of break nurses to keep your focus sharp. Plus, your weekends will be rotated, giving you a chance to enjoy both the week and weekend vibes in beautiful Salinas, California.
