Job Description:

Join our exceptional team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (LDRP RN) in the beautiful city of Polson, Montana! In this unique contract role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a critical care access facility that prides itself on its close-knit community atmosphere. You'll care for both mothers and babies through all phases of obstetric care, encompassing everything from labor and delivery to postpartum recovery.

As a night shift nurse working three 12-hour shifts per week, you'll enjoy the tranquility of moonlit deliveries while engaging with patients during their most precious moments. Even though you’ll be floating between units to assist with tasks that all nurses can perform, your primary role will focus on the remarkable experience of nurturing new life and supporting families during this joyous transition.

With an emphasis on collaboration and flexibility, this role will allow you to thrive in an environment where you can utilize your NRP certification and Epic charting skills while maintaining optimal ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4.
