Job Description:

Join the exciting world of travel healthcare as a pivotal member of the West 7 Med/Tele Complex Care team in Rochester, New York! This 13-week assignment offers nights filled with action, where you'll be working a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch care in a 37-bed unit that specializes in acute medical-surgical and telemetry cases, making each night as eventful as a blockbuster movie.

As a key player, you will leverage your acute med-surg and telemetry experience to support patient care while showcasing flexibility to float to other units as needed. Be prepared to work at least one weekend shift every week, or opt for two weekend shifts every other week, ensuring there’s always new challenges to tackle. You’ll also be required to lend your expertise during holiday shifts, so be ready to bring your A-game.

With a focus on teamwork, you'll collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals and may even take on charge responsibilities if the need arises. Charting will be done through EPIC, and if you need a little refresher, Highland will provide training to help you get up to speed. Candidates must be licensed RNs in New York with a commitment to excellence backed by their experience.
