Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a unique ER Holding unit where you'll experience the thrill of nursing across varied acuity levels. In this role, you’ll care for stable patients that range from a medical-surgical level to PCU and even ICU needs, ensuring that they are properly monitored and prepared for either discharge or transfer. This nursing position offers an engaging floating experience, allowing you to work in inpatient PCU units as well. Flexibility will be key, as you'll occasionally team up with LPNs in a collaborative nursing approach, ensuring quality care and the best outcomes for patients.

As a nurse on this dynamic unit, you’ll adapt to fluctuating staffing ratios based on patient needs, sometimes caring for up to 10 patients. You’ll benefit from competitive charge pay and will work a structured schedule of 4 twelve-hour night shifts each week.
