Job Description:

Join our team in the bustling Emergency Room of Iron Mountain, MI, where your skills as an RN will shine brightly on the night shift! Here, you'll be working in a Trauma Level IV facility, engaging with a diverse array of cases from traumas to everyday emergencies. Your commitment to both teamwork and patient safety will be paramount as you function in a dynamic role that includes triage and collaboration with physicians and mid-level providers who are present around the clock. With a manageable patient load averaging 40-60 daily, you'll have the opportunity to focus on providing high-quality care while enjoying the thrill of an ER environment.

You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to balance work with personal pursuits during the day. Our supportive management is dedicated to helping you succeed in your role, ensuring you receive comprehensive orientation and the tools you need to thrive.
