Job Description:

Join our team as an RN specializing in MedSurg/Tele! This exciting opportunity in Brockton, Massachusetts, will have you working in a vibrant healthcare setting where adaptability is key. You'll have the chance to float between our cardiac and medical-surgical units, giving you a unique vantage point of patient care that is anything but routine. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday, immersing yourself in dynamic patient cases that require your expertise. With over 2 years of acute care experience, proficiency in reading telemetry strips, and familiarity with Meditech systems, you’ll be equipped to tackle the challenges this role presents.
