Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where you’ll embark on a rewarding 13-week journey. This role involves caring primarily for stroke patients and individuals with various neurological conditions, all while operating within a dynamic MedSurg/Tele unit. As a seasoned nurse with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year on a MedSurg floor, you will handle diverse diagnostic cases and support patients through crucial aspects of their recovery.

Days will be anything but dull as you engage in hands-on work, monitoring telemetry and interpreting dysrhythmias. With daily shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, you’ll enjoy the excitement of making a difference during each 12-hour day shift, while also participating in the occasional floating between other MedSurg/Tele areas.
