Job Description:

Join us for an exciting travel adventure as a Registered Nurse in the bustling heart of Wilmington, North Carolina! This unique role places you in an ED Holding unit where you'll support patients within the Emergency Department waiting for inpatient beds. While you navigate the fast-paced environment, you may care for MS/Tele patients and are expected to float among other critical care areas such as the ED and MedSurg.

As part of your duties, you will handle a variety of medical/surgical adult diagnoses. The role requires a solid foundation in telemetry with skills such as dysrhythmia management, colostomy care, and administering blood products. You will also play a key role in a system that may require you to engage with Rapid Response Teams, making your work both challenging and rewarding.

Your schedule will be filled with 12-hour night shifts, where you will work alongside other dedicated professionals. Bring your checklists, because this position requires a blend of both team spirit and independence, all while being prepared to tackle anything that comes your way. Every other weekend is part of the deal, but don't worry—you're not alone! You will be part of a dynamic team ready to support each other.
