Job Description:

Join us as an ICU Registered Nurse in Tyler, Texas, where you’ll have the opportunity to elevate your skills in a fast-paced Medical Surgical ICU setting. With a patient ratio of 1:2 and the opportunity to float to units of equal or lesser acuity, you will engage with a diverse patient population while ensuring high-quality care is provided. Your expertise in charting with Epic and certifications in ACLS and BLS will be essential in this role.
