Job Description:

Join us for an exciting and challenging opportunity in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina! As a vital member of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will immerse yourself in an environment where your skills and experience will make a significant difference. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with a robust background in high acuity Pediatric ICU care, where you’ll encounter a diverse range of cases including respiratory issues, trauma, and complex medical conditions.

Your experience of at least two years in a fast-paced setting will be key as you manage critical care scenarios, including invasive lines and complex medication management. Be prepared to showcase your proficiency in EPIC and advanced monitoring equipment while working collaboratively with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
