Join our team as a Certified Surgical First Assistant in the vibrant heart of Washington, D.C.! This unique opportunity invites you to engage with a variety of surgical cases including bariatrics, orthopedic procedures, thoracic surgeries, and more. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment at a prestigious teaching hospital, renowned as one of the top 50 heart and vascular centers across the nation.

As you assist during surgeries, your skills will be put to the test while you work with leading-edge technology including robotics and electrosurgical units. Your days will be structured around a 10-hour shift, enabling you to enjoy the distinct energy of D.C. in the evenings. In addition, be prepared to flex your schedule for weekend call up to one weekend every six weeks, ensuring you remain engaged in critical care while also venturing through the city’s vibrant landscape.
