Job Description:

Join our team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Worcester, Massachusetts! In this role, you will be at the forefront of tackling complex patient situations, gaining invaluable experience in a variety of critical care settings. You will rely on your comprehensive ICU experience to adapt swiftly, providing high-quality care and support in fast-paced environments.

As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will work three 12-hour night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, allowing you to embrace the beauty of the nighttime hours while making an impact on patients’ lives. We require a current MA license in hand, along with a strong background in ICU nursing—at least two years’ experience is essential. You'll also need to possess BLS and ACLS certifications, while EPIC experience is preferred.

Every other weekend and holiday will be part of your commitment, ensuring you're well-rounded in your experiences. Note that any call outs must be made up at the end of your assignment. If you’re ready to embark on this unique nursing adventure, we would love to have you!
