Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in the vibrant city of Tyler, Texas! This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing essential monitoring and care to cardiac patients. You will work three 12-hour shifts, from 07:00 to 19:00, and with a minimum of 2 years of experience required, we’re looking for a skilled professional who can roll with the challenges that come in a busy telemetry unit.

As a Tele RN, your experience with Epic charting will not only help streamline patient data management but also give you the edge needed to ensure precise record-keeping. You will be a key player on a team that floats to units of equal acuity as needed, working with a patient ratio of 1:6. Your expertise and adaptability are crucial to maintaining a high standard of care in our Trauma Level I facility.
