Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the Neuro Critical Care unit located in Indianapolis, where you'll be part of a dedicated team caring for patients with complex neurological conditions. The role involves night shifts with 12-hour hours, providing an opportunity to experience the fast-paced environment of neurosurgical and neurological intensive care. As a critical care nurse, you will perform comprehensive neurological assessments, manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients, and handle specialized equipment like Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, and Neuroptics Pupillometers. The setting offers a chance to deepen your skills in managing stroke, post-op craniotomy, seizures, and neurological tumors, all while working in a close-knit team that values empathy, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
