Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Worcester, Massachusetts, for a fast-paced night shift assignment. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts (23:00 - 11:00) with a schedule of four nights per week, totaling approximately 48 hours. This role offers the chance to experience the ER environment, managing a diverse range of emergency cases with a focus on telemetry reading and rapid response. The unit values flexibility, with start times that can shift by a few hours depending on staffing needs, though such adjustments are rare. A valid Massachusetts license is required, along with at least 1.5 years of ER experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Experience with EPIC is preferred.
