Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a 36-bed facility, providing care across various units with acuity levels similar or lower than acute care floors. You will be responsible for managing patient care during night shifts, including duties such as colostomy care, feeding tube management, pre/post hemodialysis, central and peripheral line management, blood product administration, and wound care. The role also involves managing ventilators, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, and conducting blood draws. This assignment is ideal for nurses eager to engage in a comprehensive surgical and medical patient population, with room for skill development in complex procedures and trauma care.
