Job Description:

Step into a role that places you at the forefront of adult and geriatric care within a dedicated Progressive Care Unit. You'll be working in a setting known for handling complex cases such as burns, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial surgeries. Your days will be filled with performing burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy, all while utilizing systems like EPIC for documentation and Pyxis for medication management. This assignment offers a chance to enhance your skills in a teaching hospital environment, with opportunities to support supportive services like IV therapy, respiratory, PT, and social work. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, every other or third weekend, and some floating within the hospital system to keep the experience dynamic and engaging.
