Job Description:

Join a busy 26-bed acute care unit in Charlottesville for a night shift Registered Nurse role specializing in medical-surgical and trauma care. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing care to a diverse patient population primarily consisting of post-surgical patients—most of whom are recovering from general surgery or trauma interventions. Cardiac monitoring, capnography, end-tidal CO2, and continuous pulse oximetry are standard equipment in every room, making it a technically engaging environment. This assignment offers a concise 13-week commitment, with every other weekend and holiday off. While BLS and ACLS are preferred, they are not required, and you can submit your VA license pending.
