Job Description:

Join a 13-week ICU travel assignment at a well-respected non-profit community hospital in Yakima, Washington. This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse with at least two years of ICU experience, ready to handle complex patient cases including CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, and post-cath patients. Your focus will be on managing critically ill patients through night shifts, providing wound care, monitoring femoral arterial sheaths, and assisting with drips like heparin, diltiazem, and Lasix. Familiarity with chest tubes, wound vacs, and advanced lines such as Art line, Impella, or IABP will make your work more efficient. This assignment offers the chance to work with EPIC EMR, float across TELE and Med-Surg units, and contribute to a dedicated team in a hospital with 226 beds and 20 ICU beds. Every other weekend includes rotation, and no on-call responsibilities are required. Dress professionally in any color scrubs, and enjoy the rewarding experience of caring for diverse critically ill patients in a supportive environment.
