Job Description:

Join Bellin Hospital in Green Bay as a Certified Surgical Tech with a strong focus on cardiac procedures. You'll serve as the primary tech in the operating room, performing scrub duties for a variety of surgeries including open heart bypasses, valve repairs, vascular, and general procedures. This role offers the chance to work mostly on cardiac cases, with the flexibility to float between facilities and assist across different specialties. Expect to be part of a team that values resilience, good time management, and adaptability. The schedule is composed of 8-hour days with variable start times, and you will be on call as needed, ensuring no two days are the same. Your expertise in recent Epic charting and your certification will be essential to thrive in this environment, providing critical support during complex surgeries.
