Job Description:

Join a 22-bed Medical Surgical Renal Unit at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, for an engaging 13-week contract. As an LVN/LPN with LTAC experience or IV certification, you will support inpatient care primarily during night shifts, working 12-hour nights. This assignment offers the opportunity to experience a hospital setting where you'll manage patient care under a patient ratio of 1:5-6, utilizing Epic charting daily. Expect to float between the Dayton main campus, South Campus in Centerville, and North Campus in Englewood, providing flexibility and varied clinical exposure. If assigned to any MVH facility, floating is expected to be medically appropriate and at the employer’s discretion.
