Job Description:

This telehealth nursing role involves providing expert remote patient monitoring and support for acute care patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle complex medication management such as Cardizem and Insulin Drips, and be proficient with electronic medical records, particularly Cerner. You'll be coordinating care across different units, responding to real-time alerts, and ensuring continuity of care. The assignment offers a chance to work in a vibrant setting where your telehealth expertise helps bridge the gap between patients and providers without the need for direct bedside involvement. Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Shift: 12-hour days
Duration: 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week guaranteed (additional hours available up to 48)
