As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry, you will take charge of a dynamic step-down unit that provides high-quality care. This role is perfect for a dedicated RN with experience in telemetry and a flair for multitasking. You'll be responsible for managing drips such as heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, and sotolol initiation, all while monitoring patients who are transitioning from ICU.
