This travel healthcare contract is tailored for experienced ICU nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proficient in reading telemetry strips. The role involves night shifts, with a focus on managing critically ill patients, monitoring arrhythmias, and supporting moderate sedation procedures. Candidates will be tested on arrhythmia recognition, sedation, and heparin distribution before orientation. Floating within scope of practice is expected for this assignment, and some shifts may be canceled within the contractual rights of the facility.
