Job Description:

Join our team as an LTAC ICU Registered Nurse specialized in float assignments across our high-acuity units. This role will have you providing advanced nursing care on a 40-bed HICU, where patients require close monitoring, telemetry, and sometimes ventilator support, as well as in our 60-bed BHU for medical and neurological diagnoses. You’ll also spend time in Burk 2, a long-term ventilator unit serving patients with complex respiratory needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a setting where patients are stable but can change rapidly, requiring quick thinking and expert intervention. Every shift involves managing complex medical devices like G-tubes, PICC lines, chest tubes, high-flow nasal cannulas, and tracheostomies, as well as assisting with blood transfusions and medication management.
