Join our team as an OR RN Educator at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Indianapolis, where you’ll work in a state-of-the-art facility with 29 operating rooms. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your OR expertise with educational responsibilities, supporting a diverse range of surgical specialties including cardiovascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, and transplant services. You'll be leading training sessions and sharing your knowledge in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the OR team stays at the top of their game. The schedule includes flexible shifts with 8-hour days, and the guaranteed weekly hours provide a stable workload.
