Job Description:

Join our Medical Intensive Care Unit as a dedicated RN in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where you’ll be vital to caring for adult patients in a high acuity 16-bed environment. This role involves floating to different units and hospitals, offering a chance to experience diverse clinical settings. You'll handle complex monitoring and treatments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for during 12-hour night shifts. The unique nature of this assignment means you'll develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values professional expertise and collaborative care.
