Job Description:

Join us as a Registered Nurse in the bustling Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Lumberton, North Carolina! This unique opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a lively healthcare setting where every day brings new challenges and rewards. As a crucial member of the PACU team, you will support patients recovering from various surgical procedures ranging from general surgeries to cutting-edge robotic operations. Your expertise will be appreciated as you navigate through both Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery areas, ensuring that patients transition smoothly and safely.

Your shifts will vary between 8-hour (0530-1400) and 12-hour (0530-1800) days, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional commitments with personal pursuits. Weekend call is part of the role, with an expectation of approximately every fifth weekend, allowing you to dive deeper into the PACU experience while honing your skills and expanding your comfort with a wide range of surgical cases.
