As an Oncology Chemo Certified Registered Nurse, you will work within a stimulating acute care environment, handling cases that require expertise in chemotherapy protocols and infection prevention. This assignment is unique as it emphasizes a collaborative approach to patient care with a goal staffing ratio of 1:4, though it may occasionally reach 1:5. You'll have a flexible shift schedule, participating in a self-scheduling system to better accommodate your preferences. With a two-week orientation that includes hands-on training, you'll quickly get up to speed with our protocols and systems.
