Job Description:

Join us as an RN in a new and exciting high acuity Progressive Care Unit located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina! With a shift structure of 12-hour days, you will have the unique opportunity to pioneer a new unit set to transition into an Intensive Care Unit by the end of the year. In this role, you will be treating a diverse range of cardiac patients with complex diagnoses, which include CHF, STEMIs, arrhythmias, and more. Your experience in ICU or PCU settings will be invaluable as you work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including a charge nurse and a dedicated resource nurse.

Expect to engage actively in specialized procedures, ensuring high-quality care for surgical post-operative patients, as well as managing various lines and drips. Your clinical expertise will help to guide this new unit to success, making it an exhilarating environment for both personal and professional growth.
