Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse (RN) in Amarillo, Texas, where you'll be making a significant impact in the Intermediate Care and Med-Surg units. This unique role combines the fast-paced environment of medical-surgical care with the specialized needs of step-down patients. You will be working 12-hour day shifts with a focus on delivering high-quality, attentive care to a diverse patient population. While tackling general medical-surgical cases, you will experience a rewarding mix of challenges that will help you grow and enhance your nursing skills.

If you enjoy variety and appreciate a role that blends both the routine and the unexpected, this position is for you! Your patient assignments will range from 1:4 to 1:6, allowing you to establish meaningful connections while ensuring each patient's needs are met. We are specifically looking for candidates with at least two years of nursing experience and proficiency in Epic systems.
