Job Description:

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the CCU, where each shift is an opportunity to make a real impact. You will be part of a tight-knit group, typically managing a patient census of 6 in a cozy, nine-bed unit. Your experience with acute respiratory syndromes, sepsis, and cardiac conditions will be crucial as you perform vital clinical assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate and implement effective care plans. You'll have the chance to showcase your skills with intubation, ventilator management, and administering drips, all while communicating effectively with patients and their families about their care journey. On the night shift, you'll embrace the quiet hours to focus on your patients, providing safe, compassionate care and ensuring the best outcomes.
