Your expertise in scrub duties will be crucial, particularly in cardiac surgery, cardiac transplant surgery, and valve replacement experiences. Get ready for a schedule that sails smoothly with 10-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, plus some rotations to later hours on Wednesdays and the occasional weekend call.
