Job Description:

Join our team as a Contract CVICU RN in Albany, Georgia, and dive into a role where your skills will shine! You will be working in a high-acuity environment focused on fresh open-heart surgeries, along with a variety of critical care cases. Your experience with balloon pumps and CRRT will be essential, although training is available for CRRT. You'll primarily be engaged in the CVICU but will also have opportunities to float to SCIU, CCU, and other ICU units as needed—keeping the excitement alive when the census is low!

This position offers you a chance to display strong assessment skills and your well-rounded experience with medical, surgical, and some cardiac cases. While you won’t need prior experience with fresh hearts, you will need to be ready to present your patients at interdisciplinary rounds and work collaboratively with core staff.
