Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse in the charming city of Hannibal, Missouri! In this role, you will embrace the rewarding challenge of caring for patients who are on their journey to recovery, working within a friendly and supportive environment. Here, you will confidently manage a ratio of 1:3, providing excellent care during your 12-hour night shifts. Enjoy your nights working from 7 PM to 7 AM and make the most of your days off exploring everything this unique area has to offer.

With a focus on offering high-quality patient-centered care, you will be responsible for monitoring patients, managing drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, and Dobutamine, and performing essential procedures like Thoracentesis and Paracentesis. Whether you are expanding your clinical skills or building friendships with colleagues, every shift promises to be fulfilling. If you're ready to float between med tele, med surg, and rehab units as needed, and are interested in taking on charge duties, we want you!
