Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in Boston, Massachusetts, for an exciting opportunity as a travel healthcare professional specializing in surgical services. This contract position focuses on working in an inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery operating room environment, where you will utilize your skills in scrub and/or circulate for a variety of procedures, including robotics, transplants, orthopedic trauma, and neurosurgery. Enjoy the thrill of operating in a fast-paced setting that emphasizes teamwork and precision while providing care for patients undergoing significant surgical interventions.

As you embark on this contract, you will work three 12-hour night shifts each week, primarily from 7 PM to 7 AM, with an initial orientation week that encompasses three daytime shifts (7 AM to 7:30 PM). This role requires a minimum of 72 guaranteed hours biweekly, with no on-call requirements and the flexibility to request time off (RTO) for personal events. With a focus on kidney transplant, neuro, spine, ortho trauma, and robotics, this assignment promises both professional development and a rewarding experience.
