Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a vibrant Baltimore facility. This contract position revolves around caring for a diverse population with cardiac and pulmonary needs, including patients on ventilators. You'll be navigating the intricacies of patient care during 12-hour night shifts, fostering your ability to handle various situations with efficiency and expertise. Don't worry, you're not just a healthcare hero; think of yourself as a guardian of comfort, helping patients bounce back with your care and compassion.

This role requires a strong foundation of at least two years of PCU or Intermediate Care experience, along with a solid understanding of ventilator management. You will also be utilizing your EPIC skills, and certifications in BLS and ACLS are a must. The opportunity to work weekends and holidays as required means that you'll have the chance to support our team during peak times, allowing for a continuously engaging environment.
