Job Description:

Join us for an exciting adventure in healthcare as a Step Down Registered Nurse in Morgantown, West Virginia! This is your opportunity to elevate your career while embracing the unique rhythm of a step down unit that manages a lower acuity of patients. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing care from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 and up to 1:5 during emergencies.

Your role involves critical monitoring and management, including IV starts and telemetry, ideally suited for nurses with 2+ years of experience in step down settings and medical/surgical telemetry. You will be a vital part of a team during your 36-hour weekly commitment, ensuring smooth operations and patient safety while enjoying a friendly and supportive work environment.

Travelers are welcome, and scrubs will be provided in shades of burgundy and/or white. This contract lasts for 13 weeks with the possibility of extension.
