Job Description:

Join a vibrant team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This exciting role is not just about patient care; it’s about diving into the heart of the operating room, where you will utilize your skills to scrub and circulate in a dynamic surgical environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to perform a variety of procedures, including general, plastic, GYN, ENT, trauma, neuro, orthopedic, and colorectal robotics surgeries. We are looking for a well-rounded OR RN who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is up for the challenge of floating where needed within the facility’s surgical teams.

With charge pay available and a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, flexibility is key during your 36-hour workweek. You’ll engage in on-call rotations as required, amplifying your experience in a Level I trauma center. This unique opportunity allows you to enhance your skills while contributing to a crucial healthcare setting.
