Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a high-acuity Emergency Room at a Level 2 trauma hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. You will work a 12-hour evening shift (1 PM to 1 AM) in a 22-bed ER known for its complex and challenging cases. Your role will involve managing a patient load with ratios of 3-4 patients per nurse, requiring swift decision-making and confident clinical skills. To succeed here, you should have at least two years of ER experience in similar-sized facilities and hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. TNCC and ENPC are preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Epic electronic medical records and prior travel assignments will give you an edge.
