Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse in this contract, you will take on the vital role of overseeing patient care across multiple inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, and ICU settings. Your focus will be on performing comprehensive assessments, developing tailored care plans, and adjusting interventions as needed—all during night shifts that run from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role combines hands-on patient monitoring with collaboration among diverse healthcare professionals, ensuring high standards of safety and quality throughout your shift. This assignment is unique because you’ll have the opportunity to float between specialties, gaining broad experience while applying your trauma expertise and EPIC system skills in a supportive environment.
